Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Technology Solutions to lead Chanel Tech_ in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. You will manage a cross-functional team, develop roadmaps, and implement an operating model for payroll, WFM, and HRIS integrations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Workforce Solutions Tech, payroll/HRIS experience, and strong leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic roadmaps in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Workforce Technology, UKG & HRIS systems.
• Experience with payroll integrations and HRIS platforms.
• Retail knowledge and understanding of boutique operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to Chanel Tech expert for Workforce Solutions (Payroll, Workforce Management, HRIS Integrations).
• Lead configuration, testing, release management, and production support for UKG WFM enhancements.
• Manage an operating model for integrations across payroll, workforce management and HR systems.
• Own and enhance UKG Workforce Management functionality including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave balances, time clocks/kiosks, attestation, approvals, and reporting.
• Partner with Payroll, P&O, Retail Operations, and Boutique leadership to improve processes.
• Lead and participate in senior level meetings and governance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and design RFPs/RFIs when needed.
• Create project plans and manage risks, testing and training plans.
