Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Senior Manager for Workforce Technology Solutions to guide the Tech Service Pillar from Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. You’ll lead a team of internal and external resources, shape roadmaps, and implement an operating model for HR systems including UKG WFM, payroll, and HRIS integrations.

The role requires 7+ years in Workforce Solutions tech, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to partner with HR, Retail Ops, and Payroll teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Workforce Technology, UKG & HRIS systems.
• Retail knowledge or operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG WFM integrations and payroll interfaces.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Develop roadmaps and operating models for HR tech.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Retail Ops.
• Oversee testing, release management, and production support.
• Present status to senior leadership.
