Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Workforce Technology Solutions to lead the Chanel Tech_ team from our offices in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. You will guide payroll, scheduling, and HRIS integrations across UKG and Workday ecosystems, partnering with P&O, Retail Ops and leadership.

You will manage a cross‑functional team, drive roadmaps, implement an operating model, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of workforce technology, UKG & HRIS experience.
• AI data and process experience.
• Retail knowledge of boutique/store or call center operations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with UKG Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, reporting, devices).
• Experience supporting payroll integrations between UKG WFM and payroll/HR systems.
• Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms (preferred).
• Strong UKG product suite experience (Ultipro, Kronos, Dimensions, UKG Ready, Bryte).
• HR & payroll process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Chanel Tech Workforce Solutions program across payroll, scheduling and HR integrations.
• Own configuration, testing, release management and production support for UKG WFM enhancements.
• Partner with Payroll, P&O, Retail Operations and leadership to improve workforce processes.
• Create project plans and manage risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for software and services; design RFPs/RFIs when needed.
• Drive payroll accuracy, scheduling compliance and reporting improvements.
