Job summary
CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Technology Solutions to lead the Chanel Tech_ team in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. This role manages a cross-functional team, drives roadmaps, and aligns payroll, HRIS and workforce systems across our enterprise.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Workforce Solutions Tech Payroll & HRIS, strong UKG product knowledge, and a track record of delivering system enhancements in a luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Workforce Solutions Tech Payroll & HRIS experience.
- Experience with UKG WFM / HRIS integrations.
- Retail knowledge and understanding of a boutique, store or call center operations.
- Strong UKG product suite experience (e.g. UKG Dimensions, Ultipro).
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, testing, release management, and production support for UKG WFM enhancements.
- Manage an operating model for integrations across payroll, workforce management, and people systems.
- Partner with Payroll, P&O, Retail Operations, and Boutique leadership to improve workforce processes.
- Lead & participate in senior level meetings and drive project status with stakeholders.
