Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation Accountant in Piscataway, NJ to oversee compensation-related accounting, benefits accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS standards. You will liaison with HR, Payroll and FP&A to centralize control and improve processes.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate accruals, managing UKG/Workday/SAP data flows, and guiding auditors while supporting transition efforts from SAP to Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll or compensation administration.
• Experience with UKG payroll system, Workday and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile compensation-related transactions in the general ledger with accuracy.
• Record accruals for salaries, payroll taxes and annual bonuses/LTI.
• Assist with defined benefit plan accounting and annual reporting to auditors.
