Job summary

Chanel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Technology Solutions to lead the Chanel Tech team from Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY.

You will drive the payroll and HRIS landscape across UKG, Workday, and Up Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. You will manage a cross-functional team, partner with P&O, Retail Ops, and Payroll leadership, and shape the system integrations and enhancements to improve payroll accuracy and scheduling compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workforce Technology, UKG & HRIS experience.
• Experience aligning timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and payroll integrations.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of internal and external resources.
• Develop roadmaps and operating models for payroll and HR systems.
• Own UKG WFM enhancements: timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, attestations, and reporting.
