Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Talent Management to support and enhance talent management within the Workday HCM platform. This role partners with People Group, Workday engineers, report developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement Talent Management solutions that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration Events, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.
Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
Strong requirements gathering, testing, and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
Support Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration Events, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.
Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
