Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise performance management, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading minimum of 20 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations across multiple industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations end-to-end while providing client teams with best practices.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and FP&A leaders on performance management strategies.
