Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for integrations and configurations.
• 5+ years corporate financial accounting experience preferred.
• 2+ years corporate financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, requirements, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations and data flows.
• Guide data integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and related platforms.
• Identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and client expectations across engagements.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and mentor team members.
