Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Development to own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the organization’s web presence across modern and legacy platforms. You will lead major site migrations, unify multiple web properties into a streamlined digital experience, and partner closely with marketing, SEO, and other stakeholders to preserve performance and content integrity.

Location: Remote in the United States. Compensation: $127,000 – $163,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on frontend experience with modern frameworks (Next.js, Astro, React).
• Proven experience migrating legacy sites (e.g., WordPress) to modern frameworks.
• Ability to consolidate multiple web properties into a single SEO-friendly site.
• Experience building AI-driven systems for web development and QA.
• Proficient in using AI for design/prototyping and translating designs into production code.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely).
• Familiar with GTM and marketing stacks (Marketo, Salesforce).

This role will own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the organization’s web presence across modern and legacy platforms. You will lead major site migrations, unify multiple web properties into a streamlined digital experience, and partner closely with marketing, SEO, and other stakeholders to preserve performance and content integrity. The position also blends hands‑on technical leadership with AI‑enabled web workflows, helping shape how pages are built, reviewed, published, and optimized.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $127,000 – $163,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of web properties across modern frameworks and legacy platforms
• Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy to modern frameworks, ensuring SEO equity and integration preservation
