Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Development to lead AI-first web initiatives and own multiple properties. You will manage migrations to modern frameworks and build automation that powers publishing, QA, and site maintenance.

You’ll ensure SEO, analytics, and integrations (GTM, Marketo, Salesforce) remain intact while partnering with Marketing and Product teams. This is a remote, full-time role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with modern frontend stacks and migration from legacy WordPress to modern frameworks.
• Experience consolidating multiple sites into a single, SEO-safe architecture.
• Proven track record building AI-driven or agentic development systems.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance across web properties built with Next.js, Astro, React and WordPress migrations.
• Lead migrations end-to-end, preserving SEO, tracking, and integrations.
• Plan consolidation of properties into a unified site with IA and redirects.
• Build AI-driven development systems for page building, publishing, QA, and maintenance.
• Define the human review gate for AI-built work before going live.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Product Marketing on site performance.
