Job summary

CM Labs Simulations seeks a Senior Project Manager for Defense Programs to oversee major U.S. government and defense initiatives.

You will translate contractual commitments into actionable plans, manage baselines, and drive program governance across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, IT/Security, and Commercial teams. You will report to the Defense Programs leadership and provide risk-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project/program management for complex technical/engineering programs.
• Experience delivering DoD/government programs and compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Familiarity with CUI handling, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, ITAR/EAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of U.S. defense/government programs from award to acceptance.
• Translate SOWs, specifications, and commitments into executable plans.
• Define baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables.
• Manage milestones (PDR/CDR/FAT/SAT) and customer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with security, export controls, and documentation needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Maintain governance, forecasts, and risk visibility for portfolio decisions.
