Responsibilities

• Coordinates operation of departments to complete programs on time, within budget and per specifications.
• Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
• Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings and discuss program problems.
• Responsible for all recruiting and hiring for the project as well as staff management.
• Communicates with staff and subcontractors to arrange meetings and discuss program problems.
• Ensures customers/clients are regularly informed of program status.
• Advises management on program status and potential problems.
• Forecasts schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
• Responsible for on-time delivery of all project deliverables.
• Participates in business development activities.
