Job summary

CSPi Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Collaboration Solutions to lead our Unified Communications team in the US. The role focuses on strategic UC direction, design, implementation, and support of our UC portfolio, with emphasis on Cisco WebEx, UCM, and CCX.

The candidate will oversee operations, drive improvement, and support pre-sales activities for Hosted UCaaS while mentoring a growing UC team. Strong leadership and 10+ years UC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Unified Communications or related IT fields.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco WebEx, UCM, CCX and Microsoft Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UC architecture, deployment and support.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Unified Communications (UC) team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of all UC services.
• Design, implement and manage UC solutions, with a focus on Cisco WebEx, UCM and CCX.
• Develop and maintain UC policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex UC issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in UC technologies and processes.
• Assist with pre-sales activities for Hosted UCaaS offerings, supporting sales, design and presentations.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for UC team members.
