Job summary

Merrimack College seeks a Senior Assistant Director of Transfer Admission & Enrollment Services to lead transfer recruitment and manage credit evaluation, advising, and enrollment coordination. The role focuses on serving transfer and non-traditional students with a high standard of customer service and outreach across multiple channels.

You will work with the registrar and advising staff to ensure smooth matriculation, collaborate on recruitment plans, and participate in on- and off-campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in recruitment, admissions, or related field.
• Experience with transfer students and families.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Undergraduate Admission team for transfer and first-year admissions; act as territory manager.
• Provide exceptional service by communicating with prospective students and families.
• Develop recruitment plans and manage transfer credit evaluation and records.
• Represent Merrimack College at events and coordinate advising and registration.
