Job summary

Merrimack College is seeking an Assistant/Senior Assistant Director of Admission in North Andover, MA. This role drives undergraduate enrollment through data-informed strategy, outreach, and relationship building with prospective students and families.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will guide applicants through the admissions process, manage Territory activities, and collaborate with campus partners to achieve enrollment goals. On-campus work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with travel and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-informed recruitment strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals, including applications, admits, and deposits.
• Represent the College at high schools, college fairs, and recruitment events (8-12 weeks travel annually).
