Job summary

Merrimack College is seeking a Director of Enrollment Operations in North Andover, MA. This on-campus role leads undergraduate admission processes, oversees Slate and enrollment technologies, and champions AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and service to students and families.

Supervisory duties include two Enrollment Operations Specialists, with a focus on data integrity and scalable operations. The position reports to the Dean of Undergraduate Admission and collaborates across campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, workflow design, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CRM and enrollment technologies; knowledge of Slate strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead two staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for undergraduate admission operations and matriculation processes.
• Oversee Slate and enrollment technologies; optimize workflows and data quality.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and tools adoption within Undergraduate Admission.
• Coordinate with campus partners to ensure timely information exchange for new students.
• Supervise two Enrollment Operations Specialists and foster continuous improvement.
