Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of related experience in operations planning or scheduling is required.
• Strong knowledge of railroad operations and scheduling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal service levels during outages and events.
• Publish and coordinate employee and public timetables.
• Direct ridership data collection and analysis for planning.
• Oversee bus-related activities and provider contracts during disruptions.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs and Marketing for information flow.
