Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) through the Long Island Rail Road is seeking a Senior Manager, Timetable Schedules and Strategies in Jamaica, NY. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business/Transportation/Engineering/Technology or related field.
Minimum 7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Determine optimal level of service during outages and special events in coordination with Engineering and DPM.
Oversee timetable publication and data input into scheduling systems (TIMACS/Solari) for downstream systems.
Coordinate with Public Affairs/Marketing to ensure accurate service information is published.
Direct and oversee 24/7 ridership data collection and analysis to support planning and reporting.
