Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Sr Manager, Ticket Sales to lead the Full Season Account Executive team and oversee Inside Sales. The role drives season-ticket initiatives, coaching, and pipeline discipline to deliver revenue growth and a high-energy culture.

You will coordinate with multiple managers, roll out campaigns, recruit talent, and shape onboarding to promote internal career paths. This is an onsite, five-days-a-week position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4–6 years related ticket sales experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing sales teams and people managers.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
• Proven ability to set, cascade, and achieve sales goals through disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and sales meetings; communicate priorities and drive accountability.
• Launch and manage season ticket campaigns and sales contests; cascade goals and track progress.
• Coach and manage performance of Full Season Account Executives and Inside Sales Manager; provide feedback and evaluations.
• Review pipelines, activity, forecasting, and performance; provide direction and insights to leadership.
• Establish lead-distribution rules and service-level expectations with CRM coordination.
• Oversee Inside Sales onboarding, ramp plans, and certification standards.
