Job summary

AEG Worldwide, in Carson, CA, is seeking a Sr Manager of Ticket Sales to lead the Full Season Account Executive team and oversee Inside Sales. You will set strategic goals, drive campaigns, and develop talent to achieve revenue growth while maintaining a high-energy, collaborative culture.

You will coach managers and reps, align across sales functions, and implement onboarding, training, and performance standards to maximize performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of ticket sales experience.
• Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
• Ability to set, cascade, and achieve sales goals through disciplined execution.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with pipeline reviews, forecasting, KPI analysis, and CRM-based lead management.
• Ability to design onboarding plans, certification programs, and career pathways.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in professional sports ticket sales or service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and general sales meetings; communicate priorities and drive accountability.
• Launch and manage season ticket campaigns and sales contests; cascade goals and track progress.
• Coach Full Season Account Executives and develop Inside Sales Manager; provide feedback and evaluations.
• Review pipelines, activity, conversion, and forecasting; report insights to leadership.
• Establish lead-distribution rules and coordinate with CRM for quality control.
• Oversee Inside Sales onboarding, ramp plans, and certification standards; support promotion paths.
• Roll out training materials; recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Account Executives and reps.
