LA Galaxy, owned by AEG, is seeking a Sr Manager of Ticket Sales to direct the Full Season Account Executive team and oversee Inside Sales operations. You will drive season-ticket initiatives, set ambitious goals, coach sales talent, and ensure disciplined pipeline management.

- BA/BS degree in a related field required.
- 4-6 years of related ticket sales experience.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing sales teams.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
- Ability to set, cascade, and achieve sales goals through disciplined execution.
Responsabilidades
- Lead team meetings and align priorities for a high-energy sales culture.
- Manage season ticket campaigns, track weekly/monthly/annual targets.
- Coach Full Season Account Executives and develop the Inside Sales Manager.
- Review pipelines, activity, forecasting, and performance with leadership.
- Establish lead-distribution rules and partner with CRM team on execution.
