Job summary

LA Galaxy in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr Manager, Ticket Sales to lead the Full Season Account Executive team and oversee Inside Sales, driving season ticket sales initiatives and revenue growth.

You will coach and develop talent, manage pipelines, forecasts, and campaigns, and collaborate with other managers to align priorities. This role is fully onsite five days a week and offers a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in ticket sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to set and meet sales goals with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and communicate priorities to drive results.
• Launch campaigns, track weekly/monthly/annual targets, and manage contests.
• Coach Full Season Account Executives and develop Inside Sales Manager.
• Review pipelines, activity, forecasting, and provide insights to leadership.
• Establish lead-distribution rules and ensure quality control.
