LA Galaxy, a storied MLS club, seeks a Sr Manager, Ticket Sales to lead the Full Season Account Executive team and oversee Inside Sales. You will drive season ticket initiatives and revenue growth while shaping a high-energy sales culture.

You will set goals, coach talent, manage pipelines, onboarding, and training, and collaborate with other sales leaders to align priorities and deliver an engaging fan experience.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field.
4–6 years of ticket sales experience.
Experience leading sales teams.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Lead team meetings and sales campaigns.
Cascade department goals and track progress against targets.
Coach Full Season Account Executives and Inside Sales Manager.
Review pipelines, activity, forecasting, and provide insights.
Oversee onboarding and promotion paths for Inside Sales to AE.
