Job summary

ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd seeks an experienced Manager Technical Services to lead the Technical Services Department from Houston. The role collaborates with Sales and external stakeholders to deliver quality services and drive new product implementation.

The ideal candidate has strong people management, proven customer satisfaction in service delivery, and expert knowledge of electric power protection and automation, specifically relays and recorders.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
15 years’ experience with numerical relays and recorders.
Experience leading and developing a team.
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of electric power systems and protective relays in utility/engineering contexts.

Responsibilities

Support customers through product demonstrations, training, and technical consultations.
Lead the Technical Services team to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Develop technical proposals and materials to support business development.
Represent ERLPhase at industry conferences and forums such as NASPI/IEEE PSRC.
Provide technical support to Sales, Application Engineering, and Product Development teams.
