Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years with numerical relays and disturbance recorders.
• Experience leading a technical engineering team.
• Expert knowledge of electric power system protection, integration, and automation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with demonstrations, training, and technical consultations.
• Resolve complex technical issues and support business development.
• Install, commission, and operate systems remotely and onsite.
• Lead and mentor the Technical Service Engineers team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Applications and Product Development.
