Job summary

ChartHop is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants in delivering complex technical projects such as system integrations, SFTP connections, and data cleanup.

The role is fully remote within the US, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Experience, with responsibility for operating model, team development, and escalation management while partnering with Sales, R&D, and CX.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS implementation teams.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise deployments and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical depth in integrations, REST APIs, SFTP, and SaaS configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants; set goals, coach, and develop a bench of leaders.
• Own escalations and drive root-cause fixes with Support, Product, and R&D to remove blockers.
• Oversee technical onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, and project management; forecast capacity against pipeline.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to align delivery with company strategy.
