Job summary

ChartHop, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants. This fully remote role within the US focuses on onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, and complex configurations at enterprise scale.

You'll set the operating model, develop the team, manage client delivery, and partner with Sales, R&D, and CX. Strong leadership, API/SFTP skills, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical services teams at B2B SaaS companies, especially in data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level implementations and complex technical projects.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and executive-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants; set goals and develop a bench of leaders.
• Own escalations and drive root-cause fixes with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Run delivery: onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, project management; forecast capacity against pipeline; develop playbooks and AI-enabled automation; report on metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders; represent the voice of the customer to Product and R&D.
