Job summary

ChartHop is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants who onboard customers and deliver complex technical projects, including integrations, SFTP, data cleanup, and custom configurations.

This leadership role sets the operating model, develops the team, owns client project management, and serves as the escalation point, without carrying a direct client account load.

Qualifications

• > Must have experience leading client-facing technical teams at B2B SaaS companies
• < Comfortable managing escalations and coordinating across Support, Product, and R&D
• < Strong alignment with data analytics, HRIS or compensation platforms is a plus
• < Ability to scale delivery through playbooks, processes, and AI-enabled automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants; set goals and develop future leaders
• Own escalations and drive root-cause fixes with cross-functional teams
• Oversee technical onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, and project management; forecast capacity against demand
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executives to voice the customer and influence Product/R&D
