ChartHop, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants across onboarding and complex technical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience at B2B SaaS companies with AI-forward data analytics.
• Delivers for mid-market and enterprise clients (300–1,500+ employees) in Professional Services, Implementation, or consulting.
• Helps scale client-facing technical teams and understands growth at scale.
• Managed technical, customer-facing teams; hires and develops talent.
• Deep technical depth in integrations, REST APIs, SFTP, and SaaS configuration.
• Demonstrates a metrics orientation with capacity planning and KPIs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: startup experience; HRIS/compensation platforms; HubSpot, Planhat, Zendesk, Postman, SQL; PSA tools; AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: recruit, coach, and retain Implementation Specialists and Senior Professional Services Consultants.
• Own escalations: resolve blockers, coach the team, drive root-cause fixes with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Run delivery: own onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, project management; forecast capacity against demand; build playbooks and AI-enabled automation.
• Partner across the business: collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders; voice of the customer to Product and R&D.
