Job summary

Sustainable Talent, partnering with MongoDB, seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Revenue to guide revenue recognition strategy for new products and complex deals. You will influence cross-functional teams, shape ASC 606 policy, and ensure scalable, compliant revenue processes for a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and revenue accounting for SaaS/Tech.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex issues into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate revenue accounting implications of new products and pricing changes.
• Act as strategic advisor to cross-functional partners on revenue recognition implications.
• Embed revenue accounting considerations early in business initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert on ASC 606 for Software/SaaS arrangements.
• Support scalability and automation in accounting processes.
