Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Category Management & Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager to lead a team of sourcing professionals delivering end-to-end software, SaaS, cloud, and technology services sourcing and contracting. You will work closely with Business Leaders, IT, Legal, Privacy and Finance to drive value, mitigate risk, and align contracts with enterprise priorities.

You will manage complex negotiations, multi-year agreements, and supplier relationships, while championing process

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive sourcing/ procurement experience in a large, global organization.
Previous management experience preferred.
Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for technology spend (software, SaaS, cloud, services).
Develop category strategies aligned to business objectives and enterprise priorities.
Negotiate complex technology agreements and manage multi-year sourcing engagements.
Coach and develop a team of sourcing professionals and ensure performance and results.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT, Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance to deliver value.
