Qualifications

• 7-10 years working experience in sourcing & category management, finance, supply chain, procurement, analytics, project management or management consulting.
• 5-7 years professional experience related to Sourcing & Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, Project Management, or Management Consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• 2 days in office and sponsorship support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve multi-year category strategies using market intelligence, TCO, and negotiation tactics.
• Define and lead category-level negotiation approaches aligned with financial goals.
• Lead stakeholder reviews to align category sourcing with enterprise strategy.
• Use spend and market analytics to inform planning and cost reduction.
• Advance category strategy with AI, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from RFx to contract award.
• Deliver year-over-year savings through disciplined pipelines and value tracking.
• Apply competitive bidding, should-cost analysis, and total value frameworks.
