Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Executive Recruiting Sourcer to shape the leadership pipeline for our U.S. enterprise. You will build trusted relationships with senior talent and collaborate with executive recruiters and leaders across functions in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

You will use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, map markets, profile candidates, and maintain a personal candidate experience, while supporting scheduling and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting/sourcing executives in retained search, agency, or corporate.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Excel, and recruiting databases/CRM platforms.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for talent research and search execution.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for executive roles across business groups.
• Develop diverse executive talent pipelines and engage senior industry leaders and associations.
• Analyze market intelligence to inform search strategy and organizational design discussions.
• Qualify candidates through in-depth conversations focusing on experience, leadership, and fit.
• Create concise executive-ready slate presentations and talent briefings.
