Job summary

Ryan Companies US is seeking a Senior Manager, Team Member Experience & Engagement to lead initiatives that connect, engage, and retain team members across the lifecycle. The role focuses on shaping onboarding experiences and building an Early Careers program that fosters belonging, development, and community within Ryan.

In partnership with HR and business leaders, this position drives insights, sets priorities, and aligns experiences across functions to create intentional, meaningful moments

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the Team Member Experience strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Identify themes, gaps, and opportunities across key lifecycle moments for the enterprise.
• Lead the design, delivery, and improvement of the Early Careers program.
• Define shared principles to ensure consistent, connected team member experiences.
• Map journeys to pinpoint needs, pain points, and handoffs across teams.
• Turn insights into priorities, recommendations, and coordinated improvement plans.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create a connected onboarding experience.
