You will translate feedback into practical improvements, partnering with HR and business leaders to align priorities, measure impact, and strengthen engagement, connection, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Shape the team member experience strategy, priorities, and multiyear roadmap.
• Lead enterprise view by identifying themes, gaps, opportunities across lifecycle moments.
• Own the Early Careers program design, delivery, and improvement.
• Define and champion shared principles for consistent experiences.
• Lead journey mapping to identify needs, pain points, and moments that matter.
• Turn insights into priorities, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Partner with HR and business to create a connected onboarding experience.
• Improve cross-functional coordination and shared ways of working.
• Use surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data to diagnose root causes and guide decisions.
• Define and track measures of engagement and program impact.
• Provide leaders with updates, recommendations, risks, and decisions.
• Build internal skills in journey mapping, experience design, listening, and measurement.
