Responsibilities

• Shape the Team Member Experience strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Lead enterprise view of experience across lifecycle moments.
• Own Early Careers programmatic experience.
• Define and champion shared principles for consistent experiences.
• Lead journey mapping to identify needs, gaps, and moments that matter.
• Turn insights into priorities and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create a connected onboarding experience.
• Improve cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Use surveys, interviews, focus groups, program data, and trends to guide decisions.
• Define and track measures of experience and program impact.
• Provide leaders with updates, recommendations, risks, and decisions.
• Build internal skills in journey mapping and experience design.
