Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead large-scale, technology-enabled tax software implementations and digital transformation projects. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and drive measurable financial impact.

You will report to a Business Solutions leader and oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and client engagement across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformations.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, data management, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Proven success managing multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation initiatives from scope to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Oversee functional and technical direction including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Monitor adherence to timelines and budgets; communicate variances proactively.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to proposals, engagement agreements, and onsite meetings.
