Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead large-scale, technology-enabled implementations across enterprise tax platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, align with clients, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage multi-workstream programs, mentor teams, and partner with cross-functional leaders to advance digital transformation and measurable business value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, IS or CS.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax/ digital transformation.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, data management or tax environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology-enabled implementation projects from scope to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee technical direction, requirements analysis, design, testing, and onboarding.
• Support proprietary data products and tax automation platforms.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, on-budget results.
• Provide governance and financial tracking across programs.
