Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions in a hybrid arrangement to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations across client and internal platforms. This role translates business needs into scalable tax technology solutions and drives operational efficiency and measurable financial impact.

You will report to a leader in Business Solutions and manage large-scale, multi-workstream engagements, aligning resources, budgets and timelines while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations/tax tech/digital transformations.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, data management, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream, client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-project implementations from scope through delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with disciplined financial oversight.
• Oversee technical direction including requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing and onboarding.
• Support proprietary data products and automation platforms within the practice.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality client outcomes.
• Maintain master resource plans and assist with billing and forecasting.
• Foster strong client relationships and proactive communication.
