Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and drive digital transformation. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, manage large-scale client and internal programs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Reporting to a leader within Business Solutions, you will oversee cross-functional teams and client engagements, aligning projects with enterprise strategy and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax/automation projects.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or tax environments.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream, client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and innovation initiatives.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across programs.
• Oversee functional and technical direction from requirements to deployment.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and engagement materials.
• Govern project governance, finance, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partnerships for delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable, high-value solutions.
