Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Tax Solutions, to lead engagements implementing tax automation tools and to drive marketing, networking, and business development throughout the U.S. You will oversee projects from scoping to deployment, develop training materials, and provide post-implementation support across tax data, process, technology, and workforce.

Required eight+ years in technology or tax systems, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel; CPA/EA or related certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred.
Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems, required.
Leadership experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifies viability of prospective clients and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
Leverages domain expertise to design customized technology and business solutions.
Leads planning or project delivery meetings and drafts proposals and business cases.
Manages client expectations and requirements and oversees project scope and budget.
Supervises Associates and provides performance feedback and training.
