Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering projects from scoping to deployment, developing training and documentation, and supporting post-implementation client needs, including go-live support and conferences participation across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology; graduate degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
• Leads planning or project delivery meetings and drafts proposals or solutions.
• Manages client expectations and requirements; conducts client communications and scoping.
• Oversees risk mitigation and quality assurance and ensures scope compliance.
