Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Tax Solutions, to lead tax automation initiatives for clients and internal teams. You will market and network to drive business development while assessing client tax departments for automation opportunities.

You will oversee engagements from scoping to deployment, develop training and documentation, and support post-implementation client success. Occasional conference participation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in accounting, finance, CS, data analytics, or technology preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• ASC 740 tax accounting, consulting, or income tax compliance preferred.
• CPA, attorney, or EA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients or projects and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
• Leads planning or project delivery meetings and develops proposals.
• Oversees project scope, budgeting, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively communicates with clients and stakeholders and maintains executive presence.
