BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Tax Solutions, to lead engagements from scoping through deployment of tax automation tools for clients nationwide. You will manage project teams, develop training materials, and oversee design, testing, and go-live activities.

The role requires eight or more years in tax systems or technology, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and certifications such as CPA/EA. Strong communication and leadership are essential; travel 15-30% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Analytics or Technology preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• CPA/EA/attorney or related certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and client development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospects and expands opportunities.
• Leads planning, solution design, and training for tax automation projects.
• Manages projects from proposal to go-live; ensures budget and timelines.
• Oversees risk, scope, billing, and client communications.
