Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Tax Solutions to lead engagements from proposal to deployment. You will market and develop business, assess client tax departments for automation potential, and coordinate design, build, testing, and go-live.

The role includes training and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in tax systems or technology, and relevant certifications. Strong Excel, data tools, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred (8).
Graduate degree preferred.
Eight+ years with technology or tax systems (8).
Certifications: CPA/Attorney/EA or analytics software certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualify viability of prospective clients or projects and identify opportunities to expand business.
Design customized technology and business solutions for tax functions.
Lead planning and project delivery meetings; oversee proposals and workshops.
Manage client expectations and requirements; develop scoping and solutions for proposals.
Oversee risk mitigation and quality assurance; manage Tax AI team to ensure engagement terms are followed.
