Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Transaction Advisory Services within the C&IP Value Creation team in the M&A practice. You will guide private equity diligence across technology, operations, and IT, and translate findings into post-close value creation actions.

You will collaborate with executives, own multi-workstream engagement delivery, and mentor teams while embracing AI tools to accelerate analysis and insights. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, transaction advisory, or related experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience leading operational, technology, or IT due diligence engagements for private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements for private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
• Advise clients throughout buy-side transactions by assessing technology capabilities, operating maturity, organizational readiness, and business risks.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen investment theses and inform post-close planning.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership and cross-functional teams to support value creation initiatives and post-close engagements.
• Lead executive-level client discussions and present findings to investment teams and senior stakeholders.
