Carvana is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Operations Talent Acquisition team. In Ops TA, we support the backbone of our business by executing all stages of Talent Acquisition to find and secure the best talent for Carvana’s core Operations teams (Customer Care, Inspection Center/Reconditioning, Logistics + Wholesale, Market Operations, ADESA Auction Operations).

As a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (Operations), you will support the engagement and movement of candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• 1+ years of administrative experience OR a degree in Human Resources.
• Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, frequent candidate contact for entry-level positions within one or more of Carvana’s Operations teams.
• Interact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Speak to requirements and responsibilities of open roles, plus Carvana culture.
