Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for full-time and seasonal staff.
• Develop talent pipelines through outreach, events, and CRM campaigns.
• Lead interviews, hire events, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and job descriptions for hiring processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliant, timely staff placements.
• Manage TA operations, analytics, and reporting with Monday.com and related tools.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on onboarding and executive searches as needed.
