Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Sr. Manager of System Test and Validation to own the end-to-end system validation strategy for energy products, leading hardware, firmware, and software testing efforts in Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; M.S. preferred.
• 5–10+ years in energy/storage/grid/solar systems testing.
• Experience with end-to-end product and system-level testing of hardware, firmware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end system test and validation strategies for current and future Qcells products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of hardware, systems, and software engineers.
• Establish test plans, procedures, and records management for development and release.
